Frank Lara is a machine. Finishing up his first year as a post-collegiate, he has set big PR's of 61:48 in the half marathon and 28:10 in the 10k, while also winning his first US title at the US 15km road championships in March. He has been all grit and shown no fear when racing against some of the best in the country. He's an up-and-comer in the sport who will be a force to reckon with for year's to come.
